  8. Process Post — "Here's what day 1 of listing your home looks like."
  9. Another Just Listed — different angle, new property.
  10. Personal Moment — family dinner, hobby, vacation. Proves you are a human.
  11. Education Carousel — 5 slides on one topic (closing costs, FSBO risks, etc).
  12. Another Just Sold — close the month on a win.

The 3 rules

1. No selfies without a reason. Every selfie needs a piece of real estate behind it.

2. No inspirational quotes. If the post could work for a dentist, delete it.

3. Every post ends in a DM prompt. "DM me for the full market report." "DM me 'comps' for your block's last 3 sales."
